We’re not just flexible and scalable; we’re your go-to for those spur-of-the-moment needs or the long-term support you’ve been looking for. Whether you’re after a steady schedule or some extra hands for a special event, we’ve got your back.
We’ve got a different perspective on social customer service. To us, every person isn’t just a user; they’re a crucial part of the lifeblood of your online presence. Whether it’s a loyal customer seeking assistance or a potential customer trying to vibe with your brand values, we get that every individual matters.
Our Journey
For over 20 years, Online Moderation has been on a mission, driving real-time social media awesomeness. We started with the original chat communities like Delphi and AOL, then moved on to tending closed communities, public forums, and all the hottest social media channels out there.
Our secret sauce? It’s a mix of battle-tested experience and a dash of tech magic. Our team of moderators isn’t just experienced; they practically invented the term “social media” with so many years in the game!
Meet the Heroes of Our Social Customer Service Team
Our global team of social customer service rockstars has been rocking it with us for an average of over 8 years. They’re not just fluent in multiple languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese – you name it), but they’re also like the Avengers of online support, always ready to swoop in and save the day.
Trained in the latest social media trends and online support wizardry, our team combines tech know-how with a deep understanding of online behavior. We respect your privacy and corporate vibes, carefully matching team members to your needs. And rest assured, we’re not just set-it-and-forget-it; our skills are like fine wine – they get better with time!
Scattered across the country, in every time zone, our moderators are like your digital guardians, ready to roll 24/7, even on holidays. The magic that happens when experienced humans join forces with cutting-edge tech brings peace of mind to you and pure, unadulterated awesome to your customers.
